Bhubaneswar, Nov 14: The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) of Odisha has made internal assessment and project work compulsory for all regular Plus II students across streams.

According to sources, the Internal Assessment exams for the current academic year will be conducted from December 22 to 31.

For Arts and Science students, the assessment will cover three subjects: Mother Tongue, English, and Mathematics each carrying 20 marks, which will contribute to the final score.

In the Commerce stream, students will be evaluated in four components: Mother Tongue, English, Mathematics, and Project Work, with 20 marks allocated for each.

This move aims to provide a more comprehensive evaluation of students' academic progress.
