βββββββPatna, June 6: Popular educator and YouTuber Faisal Khan, widely known as Khan Sir, is set to seek anticipatory bail after being named in an FIR linked to the vandalism incident at his coaching institute in Patna.
His legal counsel, Arvind Kumar Mahuar, stated that an anticipatory bail petition will be filed before a civil court in Patna to secure protection from arrest in the case.
The lawyer alleged that the FIR lodged against Khan Sir is part of a deliberate attempt to tarnish his reputation. According to Mahuar, his client has been unfairly implicated despite having no involvement in the incident.
Earlier on Friday, Patna Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Kartikeya Sharma confirmed that Khan Sir had been named in the FIR registered in connection with the vandalism at the Khan Global Studies Institute.
