The radio continues to be in demand even in the day of internet and its relationship with humans remains unaffected.

The role of the radio was hailed at a simple function at the SOA Deemed to be University on Saturday organised to mark the International Radio Day which is celebrated on February 13. A cake was cut and distributed at the Voice of SOA Community Radio 90.4 to commemorate the occasion in the presence of Prof. Manjula Das, the University’s Controller of Examination, and officials Prof. Madhubrata Mohanty and Ms. Dharashree Mohanty.
