Bhubaneswar, April 29: Mild earthquakes have brought a sense of panic in Odisha’s three districts on Wednesday.
Frequent tremors were felt in parts of Kalahandi, Nuapada and Nabarangpur districts of the state this evening, sources said.
According to initial reports, the tremors were experienced at around 7.40 PM today across the districts causing fear for the locals.
According to the locals’ accounts, the ground shook all of a sudden with tremendous sound, wreaking fear for the people.
Reports of any form of damage to habitation or residents are yet to be received while no official has confirmed the jolts & the rumbling sound to be earthquake induced.
