Brahmagiri, July 3: With the influx of devotees to the Shri Alarnath Temple in Brahmagiri continuing to rise after Deva Snana Purnima, Inspector General of Police (IGP), Central Range, Dr. Satyajit Naik, IPS, has appealed to devotees to cooperate with the police and follow traffic and safety guidelines to ensure a smooth and secure pilgrimage.
In a public appeal, the IGP said that the footfall at the temple has been increasing day by day since Deva Snana Purnima. He urged devotees to strictly adhere to the traffic and parking arrangements put in place by the police.
Dr. Naik also requested devotees to cooperate with police personnel and volunteers by following their instructions. He advised visitors to remain patient while waiting for darshan and to stay alert about the safety of their family members, especially children and elderly persons.
Emphasising the importance of public cooperation, the IGP said that devotees' support is essential to maintaining a safe, orderly and hassle-free darshan experience for everyone visiting the temple during the annual pilgrimage period.
