Cuttack, May 11: A public grievance redressal camp presided over by Cuttack District Collector Dattatreya Bhausaheb Shinde was held at the conference hall in Salepur block, Cuttack district.
The camp saw the presence of key officials, including the Sub-Collector, Block-level SP, PD, Panchayat Samiti Chairpersons, Sub-Divisional Police Officers, and Mandal Development Officers, along with representatives from nearly all district-level departments.
During the camp, a total of 139 complaints were received from citizens. Many complaints pertained to issues such as old-age pensions, disability allowances, and problems related to the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, dating back to the previous government’s tenure.
The District Collector instructed departmental officials to address pending issues immediately. Some grievances have already been resolved during the camp, while directions have been issued to concerned officials to ensure timely resolution of the remaining cases.
