Bhubaneswar, May 12: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National President Nitin Nabin is set to visit Odisha on May 18, marking his first trip to the state after assuming the party’s top post.
During his visit, Nabin is expected to attend a district-level training programme at the BJP state headquarters in Bhubaneswar. Senior party leaders, district representatives, and key functionaries are likely to participate, focusing on strategy, outreach, and coordination for the party’s next phase of political activities.
Sources said a crucial preparatory meeting has been scheduled at the BJP State Office in the forenoon to plan for the National President’s visit. Senior leaders, state office bearers, district and Mandal presidents, along with other key functionaries from across Odisha, are expected to attend the session.
The visit is being seen as significant in the context of upcoming political developments in the state. Detailed schedules and programmes for Nitin Nabin’s tour are likely to be finalized during Tuesday’s meeting.
