​​​​​​​Durgapur (WB), Oct 17: Following a number of days of medical care, the Durgapur gang rape survivor on Friday was discharged from the hospital.

According to the hospital authorities, the girl was asked to go home after she recovered well. Now she is having a good physical health and sound mental condition, due to therapeutic interventions and essential counselling.

Apart from it, the medical in its statement, urged the people not to harm the girl further discussing on her ordeals that would harm his mental health.

Reliable sources said, the girl is leaving for Odisha, her homeland tomorrow with his father who was attending his ailing doctor following her daughter’s traumatic incident.
