Bhubaneswar, Nov 6: Odisha Biju Janata Dal(BJD) Supremo Naveen Patnaik is set for a phenomenal campaign trail tomorrow for the Nuapada by-election scheduled on November 11.

Ahead of Naveen’s Nuapada visit, scheduled on Friday the BJD has sought heightened security for the party president, who would campaign for the party nominee Snehangini Chhuria.

The BJD state leaderships, with a representation to the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO), Odisha, urged for heightened security to the party president.

In the letter, the BJD has reportedly mentioned that the party smells foul plays, most probably, a vehement resistance from the oppositions during Naveen’s Nuapada visit.

“Thus the security arrangements for Naveen Patnaik, tomorrow need to be heightened”, the BJD leaders urged the CEO.

Worth mentioning, BJD President Naveen Patnaik will hit the campaign trail at Nuapada and Khariar Road tomorrow wherein he will seek peoples’ mandate for BJD nominee Snehangini Chhuria.
