Bhubaneswar: Hockey India on Friday announced free entry for fans for the FIH Men’s Hockey Pro League 2025–26 Rourkela leg, set to be held at the Birsa Munda International Hockey Stadium here from 10 to 15 February. Tickets will be available to book online from 30th January.

The Rourkela leg will feature a high-calibre round-robin series involving three of the top men’s national teams in world hockey - hosts India, Belgium and Argentina. 

Fans can secure their free virtual tickets through www.ticketgenie.in. Upon registration, spectators will receive a digital ticket, ensuring a smooth and paperless entry process without the need for physical redemption.

The decision reflects Hockey India’s continued commitment to growing the sport at the grassroots and elite levels, while offering supporters an opportunity to witness world-class hockey action featuring some of the top international teams in the world.

The Birsa Munda International Hockey Stadium, the world’s largest hockey venue, is expected to buzz with excitement and full stands as fans from across Odisha and beyond gather to support their teams.

Speaking on the initiative, Hockey India President Dr. Dilip Tirkey said, “Rourkela has consistently shown tremendous passion for hockey. By offering free entry, we want to ensure that more fans, especially young players and families, get the chance to experience top-level international hockey firsthand and support the Indian team in large numbers.”
