Boudh, Jan 20: At least two people were killed in a horrific road accident that occurred on National Highway 57 in Boudh district. The incident took place when an unknown vehicle collided with a car, causing the fatal crash. At present, the identities of the deceased remain unknown.

According to reports, two people were traveling from Bhubaneswar to Bolangir in a car. An unknown vehicle suddenly rammed into the rear of the car and veered off the road near Telibandh. The impact was so severe that both occupants of the car succumbed to their injuries. After the collision, the unidentified vehicle fled the scene.

Being informed, Boudh police reached the spot, recovered the bodies, and transferred them to the Boudh Medical Hospital for post-mortem. Investigations are underway to identify the vehicle involved and determine the cause of the accident.
