Bhubaneswar, April 2: In a solidarity to the cops managing traffic in blazing summer, the house of Evergreen Tea on Sunday donated packs of Oral Rehydration Solution (ORS) to Commissionerate Police in Bhubaneswar.
Chairman of Evergreen Tea Sajan Agarwal and MD Pravin Agarwal with Dr. Amrit Pattojoshi, of Hi-tech hospital handed over 10000 tetra packs and 5000 sachets of ORS to the Commissioner of Police Sanjeev Panda for the sake of the traffic.
While gracing the occasion, Sajan Agarwal said this act is a token of appreciation towards the diligent police force, tirelessly serving day and night in life- challenging conditions. This initiative aims to safeguard the health and well-being of the traffic police and the welfare of these selfless frontline heroes.
“Recognizing the challenging conditions the Traffic Police face during delivering their services in the high summer, we wish their good health and wellbeing”, Agarwal added.
Among others, Bhubaneswar DCP Pratik Singh, and other senior officials of the Commissionerate Police were present on the occasion.
