Bhubaneswar, April 18: In a shocking incident, decomposed body of an entrepreneur was recovered from a Bhubaneswar based guest house under mysterious circumstances on Friday.
The deceased has been identified as Tapan Prasad Acharjya, owner of Bhubaneswar- based Subham Bio CNG Pvt Ltd, and s resident of Phulbani in Kandhamal district.
Acharjya’s decomposed body was recovered from the Shanti Guest House at Gajapati Nagar under Maitri Vihar Police limits in Bhubaneswar.
According to the information, Acharjya, aged 45, traveled to Bhubaneswar for a corporate meeting on Tuesday. He stayed at the Shanti Guest House and was assigned Room No. 202. His decomposed body was discovered by the police the following day, hidden under the bed in a pool of blood. The authorities have informed his family and sent the body to Capital Hospital in Bhubaneswar for autopsy. Police have launched an investigation to determine whether his death was a result of foul play or under what circumstances the entrepreneur passed away.
