Bhubaneswar, November 2: The East Coast Railway (ECoR) will conduct Digital Life Certificate Campaign 5.0 from November 1 to 30, 2026, to facilitate Railway pensioners and family pensioners in submitting their annual Digital Life Certificates (DLCs) through digital mode.
As part of the initiative, special camps are being organised at various locations across the East Coast Railway jurisdiction, including its headquarters in Bhubaneswar, Khurda Road, Sambalpur and Rayagada divisions. The campaign aims to make the life certificate submission process simpler, more accessible and convenient for retired Railway employees and their family pensioners.
Under Khurda Road Division, camps will be organised at Brahmapur, Balugaon, Puri, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Paradeep, Angul, Bhadrak and Kendujhargarh. In Rayagada Division, the facilities will be available at the Office of DRM (Personnel), Rayagada, along with designated offices at Koraput, Jeypore and Araku.
Similarly, Sambalpur Division will organise camps at Rairakhol, Balangir, Titilagarh, Mahasamund and Kantabanji. Special camps will also be conducted at the Carriage Repair Workshop in Mancheswar and designated locations under the ECoR Headquarters, including the offices of PCPO and PFA.
The Railway authorities have made special arrangements to assist super senior pensioners aged 80 years and above, ensuring that they can complete the Digital Life Certificate submission process without difficulty.
Pensioners and family pensioners visiting the camps have been advised to carry their Aadhaar Card, Pension Payment Order (PPO), bank passbook and an Aadhaar-linked mobile phone for smooth and hassle-free completion of the process.
Through the campaign, East Coast Railway aims to strengthen its pensioner-friendly services by promoting digital facilities and ensuring that retired employees and their families can access essential pension-related services with greater ease and convenience.
