Angul, Jan 14: Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, in the company of his wife, commenced the day by offering prayers at the Maa Hingula temple in Talcher.
Following the spiritual observance, he actively participated in a Swachhata (cleanliness) program organized on the temple grounds. This initiative was part of the preparations leading up to the consecration of the Rama Temple in Ayodhya scheduled for January 22.
Additionally, Minister Pradhan was involved in various events across the Chhendipada and Athamallik areas within the Angul district. One notable engagement was his presence at the platinum jubilee celebration of the Old Boys' Association of Chhendipada High School. The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Governor Raghubar Das as the chief guest.
Furthermore, Minister Pradhan actively participated in the Daru Bigrah installation ceremony at Baladeb Temple in Ambasarmunda, situated under the Athamallik block.
