Sambalpur, Feb 20: Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Tuesday inaugurated the Sambalpur-Darshan Nagar-Sambalpur Astha Special train, which departed with 1,512 devotees bound for Ayodhya from the western region of Odisha.
The train commenced its journey from Sambalpur station and will make stops at Rourkela and Jharsuguda before entering Jharkhand. Scheduled to arrive in Ayodhya on Wednesday, it will return with the devotees to Odisha the following day.
Speaking to the media during the event, Pradhan expressed his appreciation for the devotees' enthusiasm, particularly following the consecration of the idol of Ram Lalla in the newly inaugurated Ram Temple in Ayodhya.
