Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Tennis Association (OTA), with the support of the Department of Sports & Youth Services, Government of Odisha, successfully organized the AITA- OTA Tennis U-10 Competition from 9th to 11th March 2026 at the Kalinga Stadium Tennis Complex here.

 

A total of 21 players from four states – West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Odisha participated in the tournament.

 

In the Boys Under-10 Singles final, Karthikeya Pagadala (Andhra Pradesh) defeated Aashutosh Varma (Andhra Pradesh) with a score of 4-2, 1-4, 4-2 to clinch the title.

 

In the Girls Under-10 Singles Final, Praptee Padmava (Odisha) defeated Avika Mohapatra (Odisha) convincingly with a score of 4-1, 4-1 to win the championship.

 

The trophies were jointly distributed to the finalists by Sanjeeb Panda, Secretary, OTA along with Vinod Seth, Chief Coach, OTA, and Sibasankar Parida, Coach, OTA. The tournament was conducted under the supervision of Satyajit Mohanty (Rubuna), Tournament Director and Sibasankar Parida, Tournament Referee.
