Seasoned Shakib Al Hasan, who scalped three vital Pakistan wickets in the Test, however seemed to be in troubled waters. Shakib is in danger due to a murder case filed against him in Bangladesh during the recent unrest and violence in the Asian country.

But media reports back home revealed that Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) will take a call Shakib's future after it got a legal notice demanding his immediate removal from all forms of cricket following a murder FIR.
The reports stated that the lawyers of Rafiqul Islam, the father of garment factory worker Rubel, who was killed on August 5 in Dhaka's Adabor, have asked for the immediate removal of Shakib from all forms of cricket in a written request to the BCB.
Shakib was named in an FIR along with 146 people during the riots in Bangladesh earlier this month that resulted in the ouster of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
During the Test match, Shakib was also reprimanded by on-field umpires for throwing the ball at Pakistan batter Mohd Rizwan, when he delayed to take strike while batting, which frustrated the Bangladesh all-rounder.
