Bhubaneswar: The 2nd final match between Cuttack and Sambalpur ended in 1-1 draw in the regulation time of the 64th Senior Men Inter District Football Championship for Sahani Cup 2025, concluded on Sunday at Keonjhar Stadium.
Lakhai Murmu scored for Cuttack in the 40th minute, while Prasanta Oram equalised for Sambalpur in the 90th minute. On the basis of the 1st final results, where Cuttack beat Sambalpur by 1-0 goal at Boudha. The Cuttack emerged champion with an aggregate score of 2-1.

The champion Cuttack team received a cash prize of Rs. 1,00,000/-, and the runners-up Sambalpur received Rs. 50,000/. Additionally, Sunil Sahoo, on behalf of the Gouri Shankar Sahani Trust, presented special prize money Rs 25,000 and Rs 15,000 to the champion and runner up teams respectively.
