Bhubaneswar: Manoj Prusty from Bhubaneswar Cycling and Adventure Club (BCAC) has conquered his maiden Ironman, completing the legendary IRONMAN 70.3 at Goa on Sunday. With sheer determination, true endurance, and unwavering spirit, Manoj crossed the finish line in an impressive 7:28:53.

He finished in 1.9 km swimming with 44:33min, 90 km bike ride in 3:34:12 and 21.1 km run in 2:53:32. Over 1300 athletes from across 31 countries took part in the fifth edition Ironman 70,3 at Goa,

“A big salute to his inspiring journey. Let’s take pride in his accomplishment and draw motivation for our own endurance goals. The BCAC family is proud and honored to have Manoj among us.

His swimming performance makes him a perfect mentor for new open-water swimmers in our community” said Sanjeeb Panda, President of BCAC and congratulated Manoj for his great achievement.
