Hindenburg Research has accused SEBI Chairperson Madhabi Puri Buch and her husband of having stakes in offshore funds linked to the alleged Adani money siphoning scandal.
The Congress, along with other INDIA bloc parties, was demanding a Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) probe into these claims. They also allege that the BJP-led Central government is misusing probe agencies like the ED, CBI, and NIA for political purposes.
