CM to launch BSKY smart health Card distribution programme in Bhadrak

Bhadrak, Nov 26: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will virtually inaugurate the distribution programme of the Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana (BSKY) smart health card today at Nehru stadium in Bhadrak. The scheme is aimed at transforming the health services in Odisha. Besides, the Chief Minister will also inaugurate and lay the foundation stones of various developmental projects worth Rs 290 crore. Worth mentioning, the BSKY smart health card will entitle the beneficiaries to free treatment at all government hospitals and more than 200 private hospitals of the state. Each family can avail of treatment benefits up to Rs 5 lakh per annum under the scheme and in the case of women family members, the limit is Rs 10 lakh.
