Bhubaneswar, July 27: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Monday held a public grievance hearing at the Chief Minister’s Grievance Cell in Unit-2, Bhubaneswar, and listened to the concerns of citizens.

A large number of people gathered at the grievance cell to submit their complaints. Citizens attended the hearing with their registration acknowledgement slips, identity documents, and written applications as per the scheduled process.

After arriving at the grievance cell, Chief Minister Majhi first met with differently-abled and disabled complainants and heard their concerns. He directed concerned departmental officials to take prompt action for the speedy resolution of their issues.

The Chief Minister assured the public that their grievances would be examined and necessary steps would be taken to address their problems.

Several senior ministers of the Odisha government were also present during the hearing. The ministers interacted with citizens and reviewed their complaints, while officials were instructed to take appropriate measures for timely redressal.
