Bhubaneswar, Mar 13: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik dedicated a 100-bedded state-of-the-art KIMS Rural Hospital at Kalarabanka Smart village in Cuttack District.
In addition, Patnaik inaugurated the Kalarabanka Smart Village initiative and laid the groundwork for 19 more KIMS Rural Hospitals across various state districts.
During his address, the Chief Minister emphasized the hospital's role in enhancing healthcare services for the local populace and elevating Kalarabanka Smart Village's stature.
Patnaik underscored the profound satisfaction derived from contributing to improving one's village and homeland. He commended MP Achyut Samanta for his instrumental role in transforming Kalarabanka village and emphasized the collective responsibility towards uplifting our villages and nurturing our land.
Expressing delight at the scale of healthcare infrastructure development with 19 new 100-bedded hospitals across different districts, Patnaik reiterated the value of every life and the government's commitment to ensuring quality healthcare for every Odisha household.
He affirmed the government's steadfast dedication to bolstering the healthcare sector, highlighting initiatives such as Ama Hospital, BSKY, BSKY Nabin Card, and others aimed at improving healthcare accessibility across the state.
