Bhubaneswar, December 21: Cuttack police have initiated an investigation after singer Humane Sagar’s mother, Sefali Suna, filed a complaint at Markat Nagar Police Station, demanding a fair probe into her son’s death.

The police have filed the case under multiple sections of the BNS and issued notices to Sagar’s wife, manager, and a female singer. Suna, deeply emotional, emphasized she isn’t blaming anyone but seeks the truth. She suspects foul play, including poisoning, physical harm, and negligence, and calls for a transparent investigation.

Suna’s complaint names Humane’s wife, Shreya Mishra, managers Dinesh Behera and Prashant Behera, singer Arpita Choudhury, among others, urging police to review CCTV footage, preserve digital records, and examine financial transactions.
