Bhubaneswar, November 18: The second session of the two-day Collectors and SPs Conference, chaired by Odisha Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja on Tuesday, focused on enhancing ethical and citizen-centric governance.

Chief Secretary Ahuja emphasized that citizens are the State's key stakeholders and must be at the heart of all administrative actions. He called for timely ORTPSA adherence, faster welfare coverage, durable community assets, and the promotion of transparent, technology-driven service delivery.

Vineet Bharadwaj, Director of Drinking Water & Sanitation, PR&DW Department, participated in the discussions. Collectors from several districts, including Deogarh, Khurda, Ganjam, Balasore, and Mayurbhanj, shared district-level updates and best practices in streamlining governance.
