Cuttack, July 22: The Board of Secondary Education (BSE) has commenced its matriculation supplementary examination today. The exams will be conducted from July 22 to July 31, adhering to the pre-announced schedule of 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Students are advised to download their respective admit cards from the official BSE website, www.bseodisha.ac.in.
The matric supplementary exams will be held at 83 centres across the state, accommodating a total of 972 students. Concurrently, the State Open School Certificate examination will be conducted at 121 centres, serving a larger cohort of 24,520 students.

In this year’s matriculation examination, a total of 5,41,061 students appeared, with an impressive 5,30,153 students achieving passing grades. Notably, girls outshone boys with a pass rate of 96.73%, compared to 95.39% for boys, demonstrating a significant yet slight edge in academic performance.
