Bhubaneswar, June 12: Mohan Charan Majhi, who is set to be the Chief Minister of Odisha, today said the BJP will definitely honour the trust that the people of the state have shown to the party.
“Due to the blessings of Lord Jagannath, the BJP has achieved majority in Odisha and is going to form the government in the State. I would like to thank the 4.5 crore Odias who decided to vote for a change and bring the BJP to power in Odisha. The BJP will definitely honour the trust that the people of Odisha have shown,” said Majhi.
Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo and Pravati Parida have been elected as the Deputy CMs.
KV Singh Deo said, “We have expressed gratitude to the public that 4.5 crore people of Odisha have brought BJP to power here. They trusted the words of PM Modi and gave us power. PM Modi has spoken about making Odisha the number 1 state and we will set that in motion..."
