BJD gears up Paribar Sampark campaign in Bhubaneswar North Assemby seat.

Bhubaneswar, Feb 7: The Biju Janata Dal (BJD) has intensified its Paribar Sampark (Family Contact) campaign in the Bhubaneswar North Assembly constituency as the elections draw near.

 Led by BJD observer for the Bhubaneswar parliamentary seat and local MLA Sushant Rout, hundreds of party workers conducted a procession in Jhinkardiha village of Dadha Panchayat on Tuesday. The procession included a padayatra (foot march) around the village, followed by a meeting where party leaders interacted with villagers and affixed BJD stickers on their doors.

 During the interaction, BJD representatives highlighted the developmental initiatives and people-centric programs implemented by the Naveen Patnaik-led government. They also pledged support for Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik's sixth term in office.

 Later in the day, another padayatra was organized in Ward No. 5 of the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation, specifically in Chakaisiani village. The event saw the participation of notable figures such as Odisha Fish Corporation Chairman Subash Chandra Patra, Zilla Parishad member Babita Rout, Sarapanch Nishipadma Kandi, Samiti member Brajabandhu Bhoi, as well as several corporators and party workers.
