Sitapur, Oct 9: A bizarre and unsettling incident has surfaced in Sitapur district, Uttar Pradesh, where a man named Meraj has filed a complaint alleging that his wife transforms into a snake during the night.
According to Meraj, his wife’s behavior has become increasingly disturbing, with her reportedly hissing and attempting to bite him. He claims that this alleged transformation has occurred multiple times, causing him significant fear and anxiety.
Meraj approached the district magistrate on a public grievance redressal day, seeking protection from his wife’s supposed supernatural actions. In response, the district magistrate has instructed the authorities to investigate the matter further.

However, the woman has vehemently denied the allegations. She has accused Meraj of dowry harassment and claims that he is attempting to marry someone else.
