Bank of India inaugurates new zonal office at Sambalpur

Sambalpur, April 1: Bank of India, one of India’s leading public sector bank with a rich history of banking services spanning over 114 years has inaugurated its new and 3rd zonal Office at Sambalpur. The Sambalpur zone will be commencing its operations from Friday. The branches of the bank were earlier controlled through two zonal offices, one at Bhubaneswar and other at Keonjhar. Now after the restructuring in the administrative set up, the new zonal office at Sambalpur will strengthen the bank’s administration and there by its branch expansion and business in the western part of the Odisha. With opening of zonal office at Sambalpur, it will accelerate the growth of SME and agriculture in the areas covered by Sambalpur zone. Bank of India will now have three zonal offices with a wide network of 254 branches in Odisha.
