Strengthening criminal justice delivery relies heavily on capable field officers working efficiently in district courts. To achieve this, experienced Deputy Directors from regions like Cuttack, Dhenkanal, Rayagada, Jharsuguda, and the Bhubaneswar Commissionerate of Police attended the sessions. These senior officers exchanged practical insights from their daily courtroom experiences, offering actionable guidance to the new appointees. By sharing real-world scenarios, they helped the younger officers understand the complexities of legal operations at the ground level.

Director of Prosecution Diptiranjan Kanungo took charge of reviewing current operational standards. He addressed the attendees and offered clear directions on managing their tasks efficiently.
