Bhubaneswar, March 29: In a highly anticipated and closely contested election, Ashok Kumar Patra (AKKA) has been elected as the President of the Bhubaneswar Bar Association for the term 2025-26. Patra triumphed over his closest competitor with a commanding margin, securing the confidence of his fellow members.
Along with Patra’s victory as President, several key office-bearers and executive members have been chosen to lead the Association for the upcoming year.
Kabindra Barik has been elected as the Vice-President, while Satya Ranjan Senapati will serve as the Secretary of the Association. Rasmi Ranjan Mohanty has been elected Joint Secretary, and Dipti Prasad Nanda will take on the important role of Treasurer. Rasmi Bhusan Mukhi will serve as the Assistant Secretary.
In addition to these core office-bearers, eight other executive members have been elected to help manage the day-to-day affairs of the Association. This new leadership team will work under the guidance of President Ashok Kumar Patra to ensure the smooth functioning of the Bhubaneswar Bar Association for the year 2025-26.
The election process was conducted with utmost transparency and efficiency under the supervision of Election Officer -Advocate Pramod Patnaik, ensuring a smooth and trouble-free voting procedure.
