Balakati, Oct 19: Jayadev MLA Arabinda Dhali was sidelined by partyy leaders and workers during BJD's Jan Sampark Padayatra.
A group of BJD started Jan Sampark Padayatra from Balipatna Square to Sishu Ananta Ashram under the leadership of former zilla parishad member Choudhury Dwarikanath Das while another group led by Satyapriya Behera marched from Balakati to 64 Yogini Temple in Hirapur and held meeting. Behera's meeting was attended by Odisha-Mo Parivar chairman Arup Patnaik.
Besides, Kamala Kumar Patra came with a rally to Balakati Melana grouns along with some zilla parishad members panchayat-level representatives. The meeting was attended by Khordha district BJD president and observer Bibhuti Bhushan Balabantaray.
However, standing party MLA Arabinda Dhali was not present in any of the three rallies. It is reported that the BJD is going to replace Dhali in Jayadev.
