Eligibility criteria
Educational qualification
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university or institute (including Integrated Dual Degree programs).
Candidates with professional degrees like CA, CMA, Engineering, or Medicine are also eligible.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience as an officer in a Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank (as per the Second Schedule of RBI).
Experience in NBFCs, cooperative banks, small finance banks, payment banks, or fintechs will not be considered.
Language proficiency
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the local language of the state they are applying for.

Minimum Age: 21 years
Maximum Age: 30 years
