New Delhi, January 13: India’s electronics exports have surpassed ₹4 lakh crore in 2025, Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw announced on Monday. He said the sector is set for further growth as four semiconductor plants are expected to begin commercial production this year.

As per official estimates, electronic production stood at around ₹11.3 crore, with exports touching ₹3.3 lakh crore in 2024–25. Vaishnaw said the rising export figures are generating employment and boosting foreign exchange, adding that the momentum will strengthen further in 2026.
