Bhubaneswar, March 1: A young YouTuber was allegedly stabbed to death by three men at GGP Colony in Rasulgarh on Saturday night, police said.

The suspects were later arrested based on CCTV footage from the area.

According to preliminary reports, the victim, Rahul Maharana, was sitting with a friend on the premises of a local school ground when the three accused arrived on a motorcycle. An altercation reportedly followed, during which Rahul was attacked with a knife. He was immediately taken to a nearby hospital but succumbed to his injuries.

DCP Jagmohan Meena confirmed that the accused have been taken into custody and that the weapon used in the crime has been recovered.

Police officials believe the attack may have stemmed from a financial dispute, though the exact motive is yet to be established.
