Bhubaneswar, Dec 8: Alliance Air is gearing up to recommence flight operations between Jharsuguda and Bhubaneswar, with services expected to resume around December 16, as announced by Sandeep Tiwari, the director of Veer Surendra Sai Airport, Jharsuguda.
Slot allocations will be disclosed shortly, and the flights are anticipated to operate four times a week on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. The flight schedule includes a landing in Jharsuguda from Bhubaneswar at 5:30 pm, followed by a departure for Bhubaneswar at 5:55 pm.
The service was temporarily halted by Alliance Air for about one and a half months after the conclusion of the summer season, leading to dissatisfaction among passengers in Jharsuguda and neighboring areas. Responding to the concerns of passengers, airport authorities urged the airline to resume flight services.
