Bhubaneswar, Dec 11: The Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET), conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, will be held across the state on 17th December. A total of 1,60,379 candidates, including both in-service and aspiring teachers, are expected to appear for the examination.
All exam centers have been equipped with CCTV surveillance, and the Board will monitor the proceedings from its command control room. Question papers and OMR sheets will be dispatched to digital lockers starting 14th December. For the 30 districts, the materials will be transported along 39 secure routes with armed police escort.
Board Chairman SrikantTarai has shared this information, assuring strict security and smooth conduct of the examination.
“It is for the information of all concerned that applications are invited from eligible candidates (fresh/ in-service) for appearing in Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test 2025,” the notification issued in this regard by the BSE mentioned.
