New Delhi, Dec 26: Union Home Minister Amit Shah will inaugurate the Anti-Terror Conference organized by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) today. The two-day conference will bring together experts, law enforcement officers, and government officials to discuss and strategize on key issues related to counter-terrorism.

The conference will cover several crucial topics, including:

-Collecting evidence from foreign jurisdictions

-Digital forensics and data analysis in counter-terrorism investigations

-Effective trial management in terrorism cases

-Addressing radicalisation, espionage, and emerging hybrid threats to national security

-Disrupting terror financing networks through tools, techniques, and case studies

In addition, the conference will focus on creating future-ready counter-terrorism strategies and building institutional capacities to tackle emerging national security challenges.

The event will be attended by senior police officers from various States, as well as officials from Central agencies and Departments involved in counter-terrorism efforts. Experts from fields such as law, forensics, technology, and security will also participate in the discussions.

A statement from the Union Home Ministry emphasized that the conference aims to foster synergies among various stakeholders, ensuring coordinated action against terrorism.
