​​​​​​​Mumbai, Oct 23: Scores of people were feared trapped in the JMS Business Centre in the Jogeshwari West area in Mumbai following a massive fire broke out in the complex on Thursday.

On being informed, fire services rushed to the spot and started dousing operation.

As the flames were much higher with smoke filled in the entire complex, multiple fire tenders were deployed at the site to control the fire.

Rescue teams swung into action as some people were reportedly stranded on the top floor of the building amid the fire. Meanwhile, administrative authorities coordinated efforts to evacuate everyone from the affected floors safely.

Dousing operation is underway. No casualty has been reported yet following the mishap.
