Mumbai, April 11: Ace playback singer Asha Bhosle has been reportedly hospitalized on Saturday due to chest related ailments.

She was admitted to the Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai for medical intervention, said reports.

According to family sources, nonagenarian Bhosle is undergoing treatment by a team of doctors relating to her cardiac problems after she complained of acute exhaustion.

Zanai Bhosle, Granddaughter of Playback Singer Asha Bhosle, wrote on X, "My grandmother, Asha Bhosle due to extreme exhaustion and suffering a chest infection has been admitted to hospital and we request you to value our privacy”.

“Treatment is ongoing and hopefully everything will be well and we shall update you positively", the post added.
