Jajpur, Sept 16: An 8-feet python was recovered from near the engine of a running car in Odisha’s Jajpur area on Monday after the giant reptile stalled the vehicle on road.
The incident was reported from the Chorda village in the Jajpur district today.
Sources said, a man was driving his car while an unusual hissing sound came from the bonnet.After few moments the vehicle stalled at once. It’s why the driver opened up the bonnet in order to inspect it, anticipating it a technical glitch. However, to his surprise, a long boa python was found curled around the car’s hosepipe.
Following this, the panicked driver called a snake helpliner who tried his best to pull the long reptile out of the car, but in vain. Thus, the car was tochened to a garage where its whole canopy was dismantled, and the python was, taken off.
