Bhubaneswar, Sept 20: The Crime Branch of Odisha police has detained seven miscreants accused of reckless driving and threatening an Army officer and his fiancee late on Saturday night in Bhubaneswar.

The Crime Branch launched a separate investigation into the road rage incident following a formal complaint lodged on September 18.
Seven miscreants have been detained for reckless driving and threatening an Army officer and his fiancée. The interrogation is underway, said police on Friday.
Notably, an Army officer posted in West Bengal and his fiancee were allegedly harassed by some local youths late Saturday night following which they approached the Bharatpur police station to take swift action against the miscreants over road rage before they flee from the spot.
