Bhubaneswar, Feb 6: As many as 45 road accident cases have been registered at different police station under Buubaneswar Urban Police District (UPD) between February 1 and 4.
Two persons were killed and 27 others were injured in the accidents.
Highest 12 road accident cases were reported under Chandrasekharpur police limits followed by eight cases under Kharvelanagar police area and seven cases under Saheed Nagar police jurisdiction during this period.
On the other hand two persons were killed in two different accidents under Mancheswar and Balianta police limits.
The Infocity police registered four accident cases while Bharatpur police reported five cases.
Similarly, Nayapalli police station, Capital police station, Badagada police station, Pahala police station and Khandagiri police station registered one case each.
Out of the 45 road accidents, seven accidents were caused due to Mo Bus.
