Cuttack, Feb 12: The Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha, on Thursday declared the results of the Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET) 2025, which was held on December 17, 2025.

A total of 1,60,420 candidates had registered for both Paper I and Paper II. Out of them, 1,53,747 candidates appeared for the examination, while 6,673 were absent.

For Paper I, 47,731 candidates had registered, of whom 45,091 appeared and 2,640 remained absent. As many as 32,087 candidates qualified, recording a pass percentage of 71.16 per cent.

In Paper II, 1,12,689 candidates had enrolled for the test. Of these, 1,08,656 appeared and 4,033 were absent. A total of 73,954 candidates cleared the examination, resulting in a pass percentage of 68.06 per cent.

Overall, 1,06,041 candidates qualified across both papers, with the combined pass percentage standing at 68.97 per cent.

The results have been published on the official website of the BSE, Odisha (bseodisha.ac.in). Successful candidates can download their digital certificates from 4 PM on February 12, 2026, after paying the prescribed fee, until hard copies are issued.

Candidates who did not qualify can access and download their OMR answer sheets from the board’s website. This facility will remain available until February 18.
