Bhubaneswar, July 16: Tomorrow, over 12 lakh devotees are expected to gather in Puri to witness the ‘Suna Besha’ of Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra, and Devi Subhadra.
During this auspicious ritual, the deities will be adorned with gold ornaments brought from the temporary Ratna Bhandar.
Special parking arrengments and crowd management plans are in place to accommodate the large numbers of vistitors.
The ‘Suna Besha’ is a magnificent sight, where the Holy Trinity glitters in their resplendent golden attire.
This ritual, also known as ‘Rajarajeshwara Besha,’ takes place on the day after the deities’ return from Gundicha temple.
