Berhampur, May 29: In a tragic road accident in Ganjam district, a bus collided with a truck near the Subalaya Chhak on National Highway 16, under the jurisdiction of the Rambha Police limits, injuring 10 passengers. Of them, six were critical.

The incident occurred early this morning at around 4 am, while the bus was en route to Andhra Pradesh.
Among the 20 passengers on board, 10 were injured, with 6 suffering from critical injuries. The injured passengers were immediately rushed to the Chhatrapur Medical College for treatment. The accident occurred when the bus collided with a truck parked on the roadside.
The Rambha Police reached the scene immediately and have begun an investigation into the cause of the accident. Meanwhile, the authorities are making arrangements for the safe shifting of the remaining passengers to their respective destinations.
