New Delhi, Jan 16: Ahead of the consecration ceremony of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, various renditions of Ram bhajans by different singers are gaining popularity on social media. Prime Minister Modi, on X platform, shared his appreciation for one such bhajan sung by Sivasri Skandaprasad in Kannada.
On X, the Prime Minister commended the rendition, stating, "This performance by Sivasri Skandaprasad in Kannada beautifully captures the spirit of devotion to Prabhu Shri Ram. Such endeavors play a crucial role in preserving our rich cultural heritage. #ShriRamBhajan." The Prime Minister also shared the link to the bhajan.
Reacting to this Sivasri Skandaprasad says, "It is such a happy moment for me...I have no words to describe the emotion that I am experiencing now. It is a goosebump moment. It is a blessing from Lord Ram himself..."
Worth mentioning, PM Modi had earlier shared several Ram Bhajans sung by several singers such as- Jubin Nautiyal, Swati Mishra, Hansraj Raghuwanshi, Hariharan.
The consecration ceremony of Lord Ram is scheduled for January 22 in Ayodhya, and Prime Minister Modi will preside over the event. Before the consecration, the Prime Minister has observed an 11-day ritual in preparation for placing the idols at the Ram Temple.
