Iran demands firm guarantees to stop ongoing missile strikes

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian recently outlined strict conditions required to halt the current hostilities sweeping across West Asia. Speaking with leaders from Pakistan and Russia, he stated that recognizing his nation's sovereign rights remains absolutely essential for regional peace. Pezeshkian firmly placed the blame for the initial violence on Israel and the United States. He insisted that stopping the Iran Israel war requires formal international guarantees, full payment for massive damages, and a clear commitment to prevent any future hostile acts against Tehran.

Civilian Infrastructure Suffers Heavy Damage

Massive destruction has devastated residential areas over the past few weeks. State media reports indicate that combined military actions by Israeli and American forces have ruined tens of thousands of structures. Mojtaba Khaledi, representing the Red Crescent Society, shared alarming statistics regarding the ongoing devastation. Nearly 20,000 non-military buildings face total destruction, with a vast majority serving as family homes. Crucial civilian lifelines, including over 75 medical centers and numerous Red Crescent facilities, were also severely compromised in the crossfire.

Retaliatory Operations Hit Multiple Targets

Military commanders within the IRGC confirmed they recently launched their 40th wave of counter-attacks, officially known as Operation True Promise 4. These latest coordinated missile strikes utilized advanced weaponry like the Kheibar Shekan and Fattah systems to hit hostile positions across the region. Fighters from the Hezbollah resistance movement in Lebanon actively participated in these joint offensive maneuvers to maximize their impact.

Current Situation Shows No Signs Of Halting

Officials claim their recent bombardments have caused significant casualties on the opposing side, particularly over the last 24 hours. Retaliatory strikes reportedly extended beyond Israeli borders to hit American military installations, including al-Kharj in Saudi Arabia and al-Azraq in Jordan. IRGC leadership directly blamed President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for sparking this disastrous regional crisis. As the violence pushes relentlessly through its 13th consecutive day, international news updates show neither faction appears willing to back down.
